For example, it is worthwhile to further qualify your own employees with financial support from the Federal Employment Agency and the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees.
Support for further training from the Federal Employment Agency
The Federal Employment Agency supports the further training of employees by assuming the costs of courses and subsidizing wages. The amount of the subsidy is between 15% and 100% of the course costs and depends on the size of the company.

Continuing Education Company
CONTINUING EDUCATION COMPANY promotes the further training of employees, self-employed persons, freelancers and entrepreneurs and supports consulting and accompanying services for the development and implementation of a future-oriented and employee-oriented personnel policy.

Subsidized German courses
In general, it is possible for your employees to participate in integration courses or professional language courses offered by the BAMF.
Regular attendance of the participants in the courses must be guaranteed.
