Access requirements for course participation:
The access requirement for course participation is the written placement test. This can be supplemented by an interview with the pedagogical director to assess suitability and determine the appropriate starting module.
Our course graduates have an above-average job placement rate of over 75% in the primary job market. Over 80% achieve the course objectives with excellent results (TOEIC or telc).
Learn and Speak is involved as a provider of business languages for companies in the Logistics Network in Central Germany and collaborates with other educational institutions working in areas such as technology, logistics, business professions, and healthcare.
You can receive an education or activation voucher if:
- You are registered as unemployed, and a qualification in business languages increases your employability.
- You are currently employed and wish to improve your qualifications through further education.
- You are at risk of losing your job, and a qualification in business languages can help you avoid unemployment.
- You are on short-time work.
How do you receive your activation or education voucher?
- Please complete our placement test.
- In a detailed and free consultation, we assess your prior knowledge and recommend the appropriate course for you.
- We provide you with a written program proposal that you can submit to your employment advisor.
- Your employment advisor will issue an education voucher if necessary, which you can redeem with us.
- We will directly settle the costs with the Federal Employment Agency / Job Center / Municipal Employment Companies.
- Training in the target language as individual training supported by the activation voucher of the Federal Employment Agency / Job Center
We offer the certified program "Language Skills for the Workplace (Individual Training) - Part-time, and if needed, also available as "LaS fusion" (blended learning with in-person and virtual instruction). The duration of the course can range from one to eight weeks, with a maximum of 4 teaching units per day.

In our "Bewerbungstraining/Profiling in the target language" module, we provide individualized training to support you in your job search. We offer guidance in developing personalized strategies and assist you in creating compelling application documents. As a language school, we emphasize the effective use of language throughout the training. By participating in this course, you will be well-prepared for future job interviews and gain valuable skills in interacting with potential employers.

- Training Center Business Languages supported by the education voucher of the Federal Employment Agency / Job Center
As an AZAV-certified educational institution, we offer the Training Center for Business Languages, which is funded through education vouchers from the Federal Employment Agency/Job Center/Municipal Employment Companies. The courses are conducted in groups with a maximum size of 15 participants (starting from a minimum of seven participants). For groups with fewer than ten participants, blended learning with two daily teaching units is possible. The duration of the course can range from two to four months, with a maximum of six teaching units per day. An appropriate course identification number will be requested.
